No. Linko strictly communicates over your local area network (LAN/Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot). Internet bandwidth is never touched.

Is my data transfer secure?

Yes. All transmissions use peer-to-peer TLS encryption certificates directly between the two devices.

Where are received files stored?

By default, files are saved to your system's default Downloads folder. You can configure the destination in Settings.
